La consultation porte sur les prestations désignées ci-après : Mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage plan de rénovation des bâtiments départementaux Lot n°1 : Pôles techniques de Draguignan et Saint-Maximin : Missions d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage - Diagnostics relatifs à la réalisation de travaux de Gros Entretien Renouvellement (GER) et de Performance Énergétique de 44 bâtiments départementaux Lot n°2 : Pôles techniques de Toulon Ouest et de Toulon Est : Missions d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage - Diagnostics relatifs à la réalisation de travaux de Gros Entretien Renouvellement (GER) et de Performance Énergétique de 29 bâtiments départementaux Objet de la mission : mission d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) visant à définir et à mettre en oeuvre un plan pluriannuel d'investissement de Gros Entretien Renouvellement (PPIGER) et de performance énergétique pour 73 sites du patrimoine départemental du Var répartis en 2 lots. Chaque marché est conclu sous la forme d'un accord cadre mono-attributaire dit "composite" avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie à bons de commande (à prix unitaires) conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. Nature de la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert passé en application des articles R. 2124-1 à R. 2124-2. 1° du CCP. Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental
