Les travaux sont découpés en 4 phases et comprennent : - l'aménagement du parvis du stade Gabriel Montpied et du mail de sports le reliant à l'arrêt de tramway, - le prolongement de la rue Commandant Luc depuis le quartier de Champratel et son mail boisé, - la création d'une voie de desserte pour les futurs lots à bâtir La durée des marchés comprend la période de préparation des travaux, la période d'entretien des espaces verts et la période d'interruption entre les phases de viabilisation et de finition de la Rue Neuve. La présente opération est soumise à une clause sociale (heures d'insertion) visant à favoriser l'accès ou le retour à l'emploi des publics qui en sont éloignés, ainsi qu'à des clauses environnementales
