La présente consultation a pour objet la restructuration des archives départementales de la Haute-Garonne situé au 11 et 14 Boulevard Griffoul Dorval à Toulouse. Ce projet intègre la rénovation énergétique d'un bâtiment de 1955, la démolition d'un bâtiment de bureaux et la construction d'un bâtiment neuf intégrant des bureaux, des magasins de conservation d'archives et d'espaces recevant du public. La consultation comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée
