L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Cet accord cadre à marchés subséquents multi-attributaire concerne un ensemble de prestations inhérentes à des travaux de terrassement, réseaux d'assainissement pluvial, petite maçonnerie et mise à disposition de matériel pour travaux routiers départementaux du territoire Sud Ouest du département de l'Ardèche. Cet accord cadre donnera lieu à des marchés subséquents ordinaires en fonction de la survenance des besoins et des marchés subséquents à bons de commande pour des petites interventions. Ces marchés à bons de commande dont le périmètre géographique sera défini lors de la consultation auront une durée de 1 an non renouvelable et seront utilisés pour des montants de travaux inférieurs à 15.000 euro(s) HT
