1. Développer la méthodologie d'élaboration des PCGRC ainsi que les outils y afférents (dont canevas du PCGRC-Focus Inondation) sous la supervision de l'équipe technique d'Expertise France ; 2. Cartographier tous les acteurs impliqués dans le domaine GRC et collecter toutes les sources secondaires existantes liées à la thématique de travail au niveau national et au niveau des 3 provinces et 6 communes ; 3.
