Le contrat porte sur le Marché de travaux pour la construction du Centre National de Pétanque et de Jeu Provençal « Michel Desbois » à Chomérac Les travaux sont dévolus en lots séparés. À la suite de la déclaration sans suite lors de la précédente consultation, le présent marché a pour objet la relance des lots non attribués. En application des articles R. 2124-3 3° et R. 2124-5 du Code de la commande publique, les lots n° 01, 02, 05, 07, 11, 14, 15 et 16 sont relancés dans le cadre d'une procédure avec négociation. L'acheteur se réserve toutefois la possibilité d'attribuer le marché sur la base des offres initiales sans négociation.
