Les prestations à exécuter dans le cadre du marché et définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) du dossier de consultation concernent : • la démolition de l’ancienne bretelle d’accès à l’A4 et les terrassements, • l’installation des différents réseaux (eau, électricité), • aménagement du jardin (cheminements, végétaux, mobiliers). Ces travaux font l’objet de tranches optionnelles, à savoir : • éclairage du jardin (Tranche optionnelle 1), • création des deux zones foodtrucks ouest, du parcours de santé et pose des arceaux vélos (Tranche Optionnelle 2), • Eclairage du cheminement sur la berge (quai Polangis) (Tranche optionnelle 3).
