-Forme de l'accord-cadre (cf. art 2-3 du règlement de la consultation) Pour les lots 1 à 3, la consultation donne lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaire, avec trois attributaires, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Pour le lot 4, la consultation donne lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. * Lots 1 à 3 : Modalité d'attribution des commandes entre attributaires Pour les lots 1 et 2 : le 1er attributaire sera contacté en priorité, s'il ne répond pas suffisamment rapidement la commande sera passée auprès du 2ème attributaire, puis 3ème attributaire. Pour le lot 3 : les commandes seront attribuées à tour de rôle aux attributaires en fonction de l'année d'exécution de l'accord-cadre, de la façon indicative suivante : 1ère année : 1er attributaire 2ème année : 2ème attributaire 3ème année : 3ème attributaire 4ème année : 1er attributaire
