La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d’un accord-cadre, afin de réaliser une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre, concernant l’aménagements paysagers des espaces publics et des espaces de résidentialisation des habitations de la cité minière du Jard Cernay à Condé-sur-l’Escaut. Celle-ci sera accompagnée de missions complémentaires ainsi que des missions optionnelles visant à établir des procédures administratives liées à certains dossiers règlementaires dont le projet serait assujetti.
