Le marché a pour objet de confier à un professionnel de l'assurance : > La gestion des polices d’assurance suivantes : o Lot 1 : Frais de santé o Lot 2 : Prévoyance > Le placement des risques à 100%, > Et une mission de conseil et d’accompagnement
Lots Lot 1 — LOT 1 : FRAIS DE SANTE: Le présent marché a pour objet d’accorder aux salariés, et le cas échéant à leurs ayants droit, un remboursement complémentaire à celui effectué par la Sécurité Sociale, au titre des soins médicaux, et ce dans la limite des montants de garanties fixés dans les tableaux ci-après. Les prestations ainsi définies sont réputées intervenir sous déduction de celles versées par le régime social de base, sauf mention contraire. Lot 2 — PREVOYANCE: - Le contrat a pour objet la mise en place de garanties de Prévoyance, pour l’ensemble du personnel, répondant aux conditions d'admission pour les garanties retenues par le souscripteur, telles que définies dans les tableaux des garanties du DCE.
