The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement Systemfor the Framework Agreement for Tree Lopping (Man Days) and Felling of Trees Services. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Monday 26 October 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time). Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 26 October 2026 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian time) till Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Wednesday 28 October 2026 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours at the following address: The Conference Room, Central Procurement Board, 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose-Hill, Republic of Mauritius A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 07 October 2026 at 10.00 hours at the Conference Room, CEB Office, 3rd Floor, New Building, Royal Road, Curepipe. The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
