Objet : Le présent règlement de consultation a pour objet de définir les conditions de la consultation relative à la fourniture de 25 wafers CMOS 200mm comportant un réseau d’interconnexion sur SI et un jeu de 7 masques. Le soumissionnaire retenu à l’issue de la p rocédure pour les prestations définies dans le présent règlement, sera titulaire d’un marché mis en place par le CEA.

Allotissement : Justificatif du non-allotissement : En application de l’article L2113 -11 du code de la Commande publique, la présente consultation n’est pas allotie car son objet ne permet pas l’identification de prestations distinctes. Pour les raisons techniques et financières suivantes : la dévolution en lot s séparés risque de rentre techniquement difficile et financièrement coûteuse l’exécution des prestations.

Variantes: Le CEA n’autorise pas la présentation de variantes en sus de l’offre de base.

Critères d'attribution: Le CEA vérifiera que les candidats satisfont aux conditions de participation rappelées ci- avant.
