Dear Sir/ Madam,

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is inviting Institutions to LRFP-9205715- 2026 for content Digitization

Kindly find attached:

The Terms of Reference, including the criteria of assessment

The request for proposal including the submission guidelines

UNICEF NDA Submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed and stamped is mandatory. Offers received without a duly signed NDA will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated further.

Deadline expected to receive proposals is 9 September at 3:00PM

Technical and financial should be submitted separately , E-mailed submission is accepted and requested , but please make sure that it is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is [contact details removed] ( please send the proposals to this email only ) , if offers will be sent to other email addresses even in CC, the company will be unfortunately disqualified .

The proposals should be attached to the e-mail submission and all attachment should be in an non-editable format , for example secure PDF format or an image format such as JPEG.

Please make sure that technical proposal will be sent separately and the file name is clearly reflect that . Another file should be for the financial offer . Please make sure that the title of the bid as per the below is in the subject email :
