Questions shall be submitted no later than 18 September 2026. Questions received after this date may not be answered prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Quotes shall be emailed to the contracting officer (primary point of contact) and contract specialist (secondary point of contact). The technical approach shall be evaluated to ensure the approach addresses the required tasks in the Statement of Work. Price shall be evaluated in accordance with techniques listed in FAR part 15.404.
