Kemin kaupungin ympäristötoimialan yleisten alueiden prosessit pyytää tarjoustanne latukoneesta hiihtolatujen ja moottorikelkkareittien kunnossapitoon. Kone on tavoitteena hankkia luottamuselinten myönteisen hankintapäätöksen jälkeen eli vuoden 2027 alussa. Tilaaja tarkistaa ennen hankintapäätöstä tarjottavan koneen. Hankintapäätös tehdään laitteen pisteytyksen perusteella. Laitteen hinta tulee esittää arvonlisäverottomana hintana. Tarjouksessa tulee huomioida mahdollinen vaihtokone, josta tiedot liitteenä. Hankintapäätöksen tekee hankintayksikkö. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden hylätä kaikki tarjoukset perustellusta syystä. Hankintayksikkö ei vastaa tarjouksen tekemisestä aiheutuneista kustannuksista. Latukone tulee toimittaa kaupan synnyttyä Kemin kaupungin käyttöön osoitteeseen Kalkkinokantie 1-3 94720 Kemi. Tarjotun hinnan tulee sisältää kone sekä kaikki tässä tarjouspyynnössä mainitut varusteet ja laitteet, (huollot) sekä toimituskustannukset. Muita veloitettavia kustannuksia ei hyväksytä. Tarjoajan tulee ilmoittaa tarjouksessaan hankintayksikön nykyisestä latukoneesta maksettava tarjoajaa sitova hyvityshinta. Hankintayksikkö pidättää oikeuden olla luovuttamatta nykyistä latukonetta vaihdossa, mikäli se katsoo saavansa koneesta paremman taloudellisen hyödyn muulla tavalla. Yhteyshenkilö: kunnossapitomestari Pekka Haapaniemi (puh: 040 586 5670). Valintaperusteena on pakottavien vaatimusten täytyttyä eniten pisteitä saanut. Hinnan maksimipisteet 60 pistettä ja laadun 40 pistettä. Hankinnan arvioidaan ylittävän hankintalain 25 § kynnysarvon. Hankintaan sovelletaan tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevia JYSE 2025 Tavarat sopimusehtoja. Toimitusehto TOP Kemin kaupunki, tilaajan määrittämään osoitteeseen.
