Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (myöhemmin Tilaaja) hankkii työvaatteita (myöhemmin työvaatteet tai vaatteet) oman henkilöstön tarpeisiin varastossa, autokuljetuksissa ja sisäisessä kuljetuksessa työskenteleville henkilöille. Hankinnan kokonaispalvelu sisältää työvaatteen vuokraus-, kuljetus-, hyllytys-, korjaus-, painatus-, tahranpoisto- ja pesupalvelut sekä mahdolliset desinfiointi-, pakkaus-, suojaus-, ylläpito- ja hankintakustannukset. Myös laskutus- ja toimistokulut sekä tuotteen elinkaaren päättyessä työvaatteiden asianmukainen hävittäminen kuuluvat hankintakustannuksiin. Tällä hetkellä työvaatteita käyttävä henkilöstö koostuu noin 200 työntekijästä, jotka työskentelevät eri toimispisteissä. Henkilöstön määrä voi muuttua sopimuskauden aikana (tulla lisää tai vähentyä). Sopimuskauden tavoitteellinen aloitusajankohta on 5.4.2027. Palvelu on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteillä.
