Hankinnan kohteena on asukas- ja omistustekstiilien pesupalvelut palvelut Satakunnan hyvinvointialueelle. Tilaaja voi poistaa tai lisätä sopimukseen uusia kohteita, joiden asiakastekstiilien pesulapalveluista Tilaaja vastaa. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja seuraavissa liitteissä: - Palvelukuvaus (Liite 1) - Henkilötietojen käsittelyn ehdot (Liite 2.1) - Tietoturvavaatimukset arviointilomake (Liite 2.2) - Tietoturvavaatimukset sopimusliite (Liite 2.3) - Julkisten hankintojen yleiset sopimusehdot JYSE 2025 Palvelut (Liite 3) - Sopimusluonnos (Liite 4) - Toimipisteet (Liite 5) Sopimuskausi alkaa allekirjoitushetkellä ja on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta. Sopimus jatkuu määräaikaisuuden jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassaolevana. Toistaiseksi voimassa olevallasopimuskaudella Tilaajan irtisanomisaika on kuusi (6) kuukautta ja Palveluntuottajan irtisanomisaika on yhdeksän (9) kuukautta.
