KSV-perävaunuja käytetään Puolustusvoimien siirtyvän taistelutavan mukaisen tukialueen sähköverkon rakentamiseen, KSV-materiaalin siirtoon sekä varastointiin. Hankinta sisältää 8 kpl KSV-perävaunuja. Lisäksi hankintaan varataan 20 kpl optio. Hankinnassa tehdään ensin 1 protokappale joka tulee toimittaa 31.5.2027 mennessä ja loput 7 kpl 31.12.2027 mennessä. Suunnitteluvaiheessa tuotteeseen (protokappale) voidaan tehdä vähäisiä tarkennuksia määrityksiin yhteistyössä valitun toimittajan kanssa ja näitä määrityksiä käytetään sopimuskaudella kaikkiin tuotteisiin. Muutoksilla ei tulla muuttamaan tarjottujen tuotteiden ehdottomia vaatimuksia. Optioiden lunastus on ainoastaan hankintayksikön päättettävissä ja ne tulee lunastaa sopimuskauden aikana 30.9.2030 mennessä. Optiot voidaan lunastaa 0-20 kpl joko yksitellen tai kaikki kerrallaan, hankintayksikkö päättää lunastettavien optioden lukumäärän aina lunastuksen yhteydessä. Opitoiden toimitusajat sovitaan aina erikseen valitun toimittajan kanssa. (KSV=kenttäsähköverkko)
