Riihimäen vesihuoltoliikelaitos (jäljempänä "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjouksia puhdistamolietteen jatkokäsittely- ja loppusijoituspalvelusta sekä kuljetuspalvelusta jatkokäsittelyyn tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Riihimäen jätevedenpuhdistamolla muodostuvan mekaanisesti kuivatun mädätetyn lietteen kuljetus, käsittely ja loppusijoitus. Lietteen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on ollut 25-30 % ja kuivatun lietteen määrä on n. 3 000 tn vuodessa. Kuiva-ainepitoisuus ja lietemäärät eivät ole sitovia. Lietteen haitallisten metallien pitoisuudet ovat alhaiset ja alittavat maa- ja metsätalousministeriön asetuksen lannoitevalmisteista (nro 24/11) esitetyt enimmäispitoisuudet. Vuosien 2020 - 2026 pitoisuudet on esitetty liitteessä 2. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä hanke, johon sovelletaan eritysalojen hankintalakia. Tässä hankinnassa kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteena käytetään halvinta hintaa. Sopimuskausi on 01.01.2027-31.12.2028 ja Sopimus sisältää mahdollisuuden yhteen (1) kahden (2) vuoden optioon (2+2). Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin, eikä sopimus muodosta Palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta hankinnan toteuttamiseen. Tarjoajan tulee tutustua lietteen purkupaikkaan ennen tarjouksen antamista. Tutustuminen kohteeseen järjestetään keskiviikkona 04.11.2026 klo 09:00 osoitteessa Puhdistamontie 1, 11130 Riihimäki.
