Keräämö Oy pyytää tarjousta kunnan hallinto- ja palvelutoiminnassa syntyvän sekajätteen tyhjennyksistä ja kuljetuksesta pakkaavalla jäteautolla osakaskuntien alueella. Kilpailutuksen tuloksena Keräämö muodostaa palveluhinnan osakaskunnille, jotka tekevät päätöksen palvelun hankinnasta (sidosyksikköhankinta) Keräämö Oy:ltä. Vasta kuntien ratkaisun pohjalta Keräämö Oy tekee päätöksen hankinnasta. Hankinta on jaettu kahdeksaan osaan: - Harjavalta - Kokemäki - Merikarvia - Nakkila - Pomarkku - Pori - Siikainen - Ulvila Jokaiseen osaan liittyy mahdollinen optio 1-24 kk. Osapuolet neuvottelevat option käyttöönotosta siten, että mahdollisen option käytöstä tulee saavuttaa yhteisymmärrys viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä. Mikäli optio otetaan käyttöön, sopimuksen ehdot pätevät sellaisenaan myös siihen. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt määrät kuvaavat tällä hetkellä tiedossa olevaa tilannetta, eivätkä ne sido tilaajaa.

Sopimuksen kesto aloitusajankohdasta riippumatta on kolme vuotta + mahdollinen optio. Lot 4 — Nakkila: Nakkila Sopimuksen alkamispäivä sovitaan sopimustoimittajaksi tulleen kanssa tarkemmin. Aloituspäivä voi olla 1.1.2027 - 1.3.2027. Sopimuksen kesto aloitusajankohdasta riippumatta on kolme vuotta + mahdollinen optio. Lot 5 — Pomarkku: - Pomarkku Sopimuksen alkamispäivä sovitaan sopimustoimittajaksi tulleen kanssa tarkemmin. Aloituspäivä voi olla 1.1.2027 - 1.3.2027.
