Hankinta sisältää Muuramen vuokra-asunnot Oy:n hallinnoimien kohteiden kiinteistönhoidon ja huollon, ulkoalueiden hoidon sekä ympärivuorokautisen päivystyksen kaikkina viikonpäivinä ympäri vuoden. Lisäksi hankinta sisältää kohdeluettelon mukaisten kohteiden ylläpito- ja perussiivouspalvelut. Tarkempi kuvaus hankintaan sisältyvistä tehtävistä on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteissä sekä tilaajan huoltokirjajärjestelmässä (Granlund Manager), josta löytyvät kohdekohtaiset yleistiedot, ilmakuvat, huolto-ohjelmat sekä tiedot teknisistä järjestelmistä. Voidakseen jättää tarjouksen, tarjoajan on tutustuttava huoltokirjassa esitettyihin kuvauksiin tehtävien sisällöstä. TARJOAJATUNNUKSET HUOLTOKIRJAAN pyydetään sähköpostilla [contact details removed]. Sähköpostin otsikkoon/viestikenttään on ehdottomasti kirjoitettava: KH ja siivous kilpailutus 2026/GM-tunnukset. Hankintaa on jaettu osiin: osa 1: Kiinteistönhoitopalvelut ja osa 2: Siivouspalvelut. Kohdekierrokset järjestetään 9.9.2026 klo 9.00 alkaen. Kohdekierrokset aloitetaan Kinkoriutantie 14-18, Muurame (kokoontuminen parkkipaikalla).
