Hankinta koskee Muuramen kunnan hallinnoimien kohteiden kiinteistönhoidon ja huollon, ulkoalueiden hoidon ja vahtimestaripalvelut. Lisäksi palvelu sisältää ympärivuorokautisen päivystyksen kaikkina viikonpäivinä ympäri vuoden. Tarkempi kuvaus hankintaan sisältyvistä tehtävistä on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteissä sekä tilaajan huoltokirjajärjestelmässä (Granlund Manager), josta löytyvät kohdekohtaiset yleistiedot, ilmakuvat, huolto-ohjelmat sekä tiedot teknisistä järjestelmistä. Voidakseen jättää tarjouksen, tarjoajan on tutustuttava huoltokirjassa esitettyihin kuvauksiin tehtävien sisällöstä. TARJOAJATUNNUKSET HUOLTOKIRJAAN pyydetään sähköpostilla [contact details removed]. Sähköpostin otsikkoon/viestikenttään on ehdottomasti kirjoitettava: KH-kilpailutus 2026/GM-tunnukset. Tarjoajan tulee osallistua kohdekierroksille, jotka järjestetään ma 7.9. ja ti 8.9. klo 9.00-16.00. Aloitus Nisulanmäen koulukeskukselta, osoitteessa Nisulantie 1, Muurame (kokoontuminen sisääntuloaulassa). Kohdekierroksille tulee ilmoittautua pe 4.9. klo 14.00 mennessä sähköpostitse [contact details removed]. Hankinnasta tehdään sopimus yhden toimittajan kanssa.
