Yleisradio (Yle) pyytää tarjouksia Medianhallinnan kokonaisuudistuksen johtamis- ja asiantuntijapalveluiden hankintaan. Yle hakee kumppania auttamaan ja tukemaan yhtiötasoista medianhallinnan kokonaisuudistusta. Kumppanilta edellytetään ensisijaisesti kokenutta ja ammattitaitoista ohjelmapäällikköä, joka ottaa vastuun kehitysohjelman edistämisestä. Lisäksi Yle tarvitsee kokeneita asiantuntijoita arkkitehti- ja palvelumuotoilurooleihin. Muiden roolien osalta tarpeet täsmentyvät kehitysohjelman suunnittelun edetessä. Medianhallinnan kokonaisuudistus on pitkäkestoinen hanke, joka koostuu useista itsenäisistä, mutta toisistaan riippuvaisista osakokonaisuuksista. Ohjelmapäällikön tehtävänä on luoda olosuhteet kokonaisuudistuksen yhtenäiselle johtamiselle ja siihen liittyvälle päätöksenteolle. Ohjelmapäällikkö koordinoi ohjelmaan kuuluvia osakokonaisuuksia varmistaen niiden tehokkaan etenemisen ja onnistumisen Ylen tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Ohjelmapäällikkö ohjaa muutosta yhtenäisesti yli yksikkö-, järjestelmä- ja roolirajojen. Hankinnalla perustetaan yhden toimittajan puitejärjestely. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo neljälle vuodelle ilman arvonlisäveroa on 3 000 000 euroa. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" Hankinnasta järjestetään erillinen esittelytilaisuus torstaina 5.11.2026 klo 9:00 - 10:00 Google meet -etäyhteydellä.
