Details

Yleisradio Oy (jäljempänä "Yle") pyytää tarjouksia inhouse-rekrytointikonsultointipalveluiden tuottamisesta Ylen käyttöön. Ylen tavoitteena on löytää asiantunteva rekrytointikumppani, joka vastaa Ylen rekrytointiprosessien laadukkaasta ja tehokkaasta läpiviennistä. Palvelulla vahvistetaan positiivista hakijakokemusta ja Ylen työnantajabrändiä. Kumppanilta odotetaan joustavuutta, ketteryyttä ja ajantasaista ammattitaitoa jatkuvasti kehittyvällä rekrytointikentällä. Yle hakee aiemmassa kappaleessa mainittujen tehtävien toteuttamiseen kahta (2) kokoaikaista rekrytointikonsulttia, yksi (1) per rooli. Kummankin roolin vaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 “Asiantuntijat”. Kukin konsultti työskentelee Ylessä 37,5 tuntia / työviikko. Toimittajalla on oltava vähintään yksi (1) vähimmäisvaatimukset täyttävä varahenkilö per asiantuntijarooli (suomenkielinen ja ruotsinkielinen). Varahenkilö pystyy tarpeen mukaan toimimaan sijaisena jos toimittajan nimetty asiantuntija on estynyt palvelun tuottamisesta. Rekrytointikonsultit työskentelevät Ylessä inhouse-periaatteella Ylen voimassa olevien hybridityökäytäntöjen mukaisesti. Yksityiskohtaiset tiedot inhouse-rekrytointikonsultteja koskevista vaatimuksista ja edellytyksistä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Yle valitsee tarjouskilpailun perusteella yhden (1) kumppanin, jonka kanssa se solmii sopimuksen. Sopimus tulee voimaan, kun molemmat sopijapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sen.
