Hankinnan kohteena on digitaalisen identiteetin mobiilisovelluksen suunnittelu-, toteutus-, testaus-, käyttöönotto-, tuki-, ylläpito- ja jatkokehityspalvelut sekä muut niihin liittyvät asiantuntijapalvelut. Sovellus toteutetaan osana EU-rahoitteista DTC (Digital Travel Credentials) -projektia. Sovelluksen tarkoituksena on mahdollistaa DTC-ratkaisuun liittyvien toiminnallisuuksien pilotointi osana DTC-järjestelmäkokonaisuutta. Hankinta sisältää mobiilisovelluksen vaatimusmäärittelyn, arkkitehtuurisuunnittelun, ohjelmistokehityksen, integraatioiden toteuttamisen, testauksen, dokumentoinnin, käyttöön-oton, pilotoinnin aikaiset tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä hankkeen aikana tarvittavan jatkokehityksen.
