Details

Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (HAMK) hakee Mustialan kampukselleen yritystä, joka tuottaa itsenäisesti matkailupalveluja. Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu tarjoaa toimintaan liittyvät tilat käyttökuluihin nähden edullisella vuokralla, joka on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Sopimukseen kuuluu matkailutoiminnan, kuten majoitus-, ohjelma- ja tapahtumapalveluiden tuottamisen, lisäksi mahdollisuus ravintolapalveluiden tarjoamiseen kampuksen panimoravintolassa sekä oluen panemiseen samoissa tiloissa. Sopimus tehdään määräaikaisena ajalle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. Sopimusta on tämän jälkeen mahdollista jatkaa kahden vuoden mittaisella optiojaksolla ajalle 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2031. Option käytöstä sovitaan sopijapuolten kesken yhteisesti. Sopimus on irtisanottavissa kummankin osapuolen toimesta kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.
