Hankinnan kohteena on elintarvikkeiden, alkoholittomien ja alkoholijuomien ja non-food -tuotteiden hankinta ja niiden toimitukset Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy:n ravintoloihin ja opetuskeittiöihin Helsingissä (Ravintola Perho ja ravintola Herkku Töölössä ja ravintola Perhon Helmi Malmilla). Hankinnan tavoitteena on löytää yksi (1) päätukkutoimittaja, jonka toimitus- ja tilausajat vastaavat Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy:n ravintoloiden tarpeita. Tavaratoimitusten tulee tapahtua vastuullisesti, tehokkaasti, toimitusvarmasti ja edullisesti. Perho voi tehdä muita hankintoja erillisiltä toimittajilta hankintalainsäädännön ja sopimusten mukaisesti. Hankinta ei anna yksinoikeutta kaikkiin Perhon ostoihin.
