Hankinnan kohteena ovat ikkunoiden verho- ja pimennystuotteet sekä liukuovet. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Verhot ja sisustustekstiilit sekä niihin liittyvät projektipalvelut Osa-alue 2: Sälekaihtimet ja rullaverhot Osa-alue 3: Liukuovet Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta. Jokaiselle osa-alueelle valitaan kolme (3) sopimuskumppania. Hankinta kilpailutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy ja Tampereen Vuokratalosäätiö sr tekevät oman hankintapäätöksensä ja sen perusteella oman hankintasopimuksensa hankintamenettelyssä valittujen toimittajien kanssa. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy toimii yhteishankintasopimuksen hallinnoijana kaikkien muiden tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettujen tilaajaorganisaatioiden osalta. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä esitetyt dokumentit on jaoteltu seuraavasti: - Tuomi Logistiikka Oy:tä ja sen tavarantilaajia koskevat tarjouspyynnön liitteet 1, 2 (alaliitteineen) ja 5. - Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:tä koskevat tarjouspyynnön liitteet 1, 3 ja 5. - Tampereen Vuokratalosäätiö sr:ä koskevat tarjouspyynnön liitteet 4 (alaliitteineen) ja 5.
