Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa seitsemän (7) hyvinvointialueen muodostaman hankintarenkaan puolesta pehmytkirurgiaan soveltuvat robottikirurgiajärjestelmät kulutustarvikkeineen sekä huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Hankintarenkaassa ovat mukana HUS-yhtymä, Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue, Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue, Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue, Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue sekä Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo on n. 95 miljoonaa euroja. IPI-ASETUS Tähän hankintaan sovelletaan Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetusta (EU) 2022/1031 (IPI- asetus) ja Komission täytäntöönpanoasetusta (EU) 2025/1197 (IPI-toimenpide), jolla rajoitetaan kiinalaisten tarjoajien osallistumista lääkinnällisiä laitteita koskeviin hankintoihin, joiden ennakoitu arvo on vähintään 5 miljoonaa euroa. Kiinasta peräisin olevia lääkinnällisiä laitteita voi sisältyä muiden toimittajien tarjouksiin enintään 50 prosenttia sopimuksen kokonaisarvosta.
