Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin Pukinmäessä sijaitsevien asuinkerrostalojen peruskorjaus kiinteähintaisena kokonaisurakkana sisältäen rakennusteknisten töiden lisäksi kaikki LVISA-työt. Peruskorjauksen kohteena on Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n omistama vuokratalokohde, joka sijaitsee Helsingin kaupungin tontilla 37043/2 (Madetojankuja 2, 00720 Helsinki) Urakan arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 01.04.2027 ja rakentamisen arvioitu alkamisajankohta 03.05.2027 PERUSKORJAUSHANKKEEN TIETOJA - Kohde on valmistunut vuonna 1977 - Kohteessa on kuusi asuinkerrostaloa, jotka ovat viisikerroksisia. Lisäksi kohteessa on paikoitusalue ja 7 kpl liiketiloja, joista yksi on toiminut asukkaiden kerhotilakäytössä. 3 kpl liiketiloja muutetaan urakassa asunnoiksi. Kerhotila muutetaan urakassa toiseen liiketilaan. - yhteensä 195 vuokra-asuntoa, peruskorjauksen jälkeen 198 vuokra-asuntoa (12 438 asm2) PERUSKORJAUKSEN TOTEUTUS - Asukkaat muuttavat korjaustöiden ajaksi sijaisasuntoihin. Urakka alkaa asukkaiden poismuutoilla. Pois- ja takaisinmuutot sisältyvät urakkaan. Hankinnan kohde on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa kaupallisissa ja teknisissä asiakirjoissa.
