Tilaaja muodostaa taitorakenteiden erikoistarkastuksiin ja korjaussuunnitteluun liittyvän puitejärjestelyn, johon valitaan puitesopimustoimittajat. Tilaaja teettää tämän puitesopimuksen perusteella taitorakenteiden erikoistarkastuksia, korjaussuunnittelua, työnaikaista suunnittelua, vahventamissuunnittelua ja niihin liittyviä muita selvityksiä. Puitesopimuksella voidaan teettää myös hankinta-asiakirjoissa erittelemättömiä taitorakenteiden suunnitteluun ja tarkastuksiin liittyviä asiantuntijatehtäviä. Tehtävät määritellään aina erikseen toimeksiantokohtaisesti. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan neljä (4) puitesopimustoimittajaa, ellei tarjoajien soveltuvuutta koskevia vaatimuksia täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Sopimusalueena on Uudenmaan maakunta. Puitesopimuksen voimassaoloaikana toimeksiantojen osalta rahoittajana voi olla myös muut yksittäisen hankkeen rahoitukseen osallistuvat tahot.
