Tampereen kaupungin Hankintapalvelut kilpailuttaa Kiinteistöt, tilat ja asuntopolitiikka -palveluryhmän toimeksiannosta Sara Hildénin taidemuseon pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelua koskevan palvelun tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sara Hildénin taidemuseo on Tampereen kaupungin ylläpitämä taidemuseo, jonne on pysyvästi sijoitettu Sara Hildénin Säätiön omistama kansainvälisen ja suomalaisen modernin taiteen ja nykytaiteen laaja kokoelma. Taidemuseo järjestää vuosittain useita näyttelyitä. Taidemuseon suunniteltu tuleva perusparannus ja laajennus Särkänniemessä mahdollistaa ajanmukaiset, näyttelyteknisesti toimivat ja riittävän kokoiset tilat kokoelma- ja näyttelytoimintaa, taidelogistiikkaa sekä yleisöpalvelua varten. Toimeksianto sisältää pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelun tehtävät tarveselvitysvaiheesta takuuajan loppuun. Kaikkia vaiheita yleisesti koskevat sekä vaihekohtaiset tehtävät on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteenä olevassa hankinnan kohteen kuvauksessa, sopimusluonnoksessa sekä liitteen tehtäväluetteloissa PS18/ RT103254 ja ARK18/ RT103253. Asemakaavan viitesuunnittelu kuuluu tehtävään. Suunnittelutehtävä on poikkeuksellisen vaativa.
