Facility Management for UNRWA Headquarters Amman

UNRWA HQA is seeking a highly experienced and professional Facility Management Contractor to provide comprehensive, high-quality, and integrated facility management services for the entire compound, including all buildings, prefabs, caravans, external areas, parking facilities, roads, walkways, and associated infrastructure, to ensure safe, efficient, sustainable, and uninterrupted daily operations of the Headquarters compound.

The contractor shall provide preventive, corrective, emergency, and improvement maintenance services, including qualified personnel supervision, tools, equipment, consumables, and technical support necessary to maintain the compound to a high operational and aesthetic standard.

For repair, replacement, or improvement works outside the scope of this Contract, the Contractor shall submit a cost estimate within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with Section 14.3, to enable UNRWA to assess and determine the reasonableness of the proposed cost prior to approval. No work outside the scope of this Contract shall commence without prior written approval from UNRWA.
