Facilities Emergency Management Services

The successful supplier will be required to provide end-to-end Facilities Emergency Management services, including but not limited to:

• Development, review and maintenance of Emergency Management Plans (EMPs)
• Development, review and maintenance of evacuation diagrams
• Establishment and maintenance of Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) documentation and records
• Delivery of emergency management training, awareness programs and emergency exercises
• Provision of specialist emergency management advice and regulatory compliance support
• Maintenance of emergency management records and reporting
• Monitoring and reporting against service delivery requirements and performance measures
• Support for compliance with AS 3745:2010 and applicable Commonwealth, state and territory legislative requirements
• Provision and maintenance of a secure, centralised emergency management portal to support document management, compliance monitoring, reporting and national oversight.

Services will be required across approximately 70 departmental locations nationally. The department's property portfolio changes over time and the successful supplier must be capable of accommodating additions, removals and changes to site requirements throughout the contract term.

Conditions for Participation

The Customer will exclude a tender from further consideration if, at the Closing Time, the Customer considers that the Potential Supplier does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation: (a) The tenderer exists as a legal entity; (b) At the time of lodgement of their tender, the tenderer has not been: (i) Precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; (ii) Subject to a judicial decision against them relating to unpaid employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal), where the employee entitlements remain unpaid (iii) Notwithstanding the use of 'must', 'shall', 'will' or other mandatory language, no other requirement in this ATM is to be treated as a 'Condition for Participation'.

10 April 2027 to 9 April 2029, three extension options of 12 months each
