1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change is inviting Expressions of Interest from national and international qualified consultants, either as single entity or in joint venture with other consultants, and with or without sub-consultants, for the Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Coastal Protection, Landscaping and Infrastructural Works at St Felix and La Prairie Public Beach. 2. Request for Proposal document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: ENVIRONMENT/IFB/2026/2066. 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Proposals will be opened online on the e-Procurement System as per Key Activity Schedule at the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) at 8th Floor, Ken Lee Tower, Corner Barracks and St Georges Streets, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius in the Conference Room of the Ministry in the presence of consultants/ representatives of consultants who choose to attend. 6. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Environment and Climate Change Division) reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the Request for Proposal exercise process and reject all proposals at any time prior to selection of Consultants, without thereby incurring any liability to any Applicant.
