The initial implementation will focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting and supporting planning processes, as well as demand planning functionality. The selected solution must also demonstrate the capability to support KiwiRail longer-term Integrated Business Planning roadmap, enabling future expansion into aggregate requirements plans for operational planning, long-term network economics modelling, capital planning and other enterprise planning capabilities without requiring a platform replacement. The solution should reduce reliance on spreadsheet-based planning processes, improve governance and collaboration, support informed decision-making and provide a foundation for integrated planning across multiple business fun
