Aldoga Expression of Interest — sale or lease of all or part of Lot 4 on SP245936.

Economic Development Queensland invites suitably qualified industrial end users to propose industrial development within the Gladstone State Development Area. Approximately 98.37 hectares comprises six indicative development areas. Proposals may seek individual areas, combinations of areas, or all of the land, by purchase, lease or both.

Existing buildings and infrastructure offer potential for reuse, subject to confirmation and proponent due diligence.

The EOI opens on 13 October 2026 and closes on 27 November 2026 at 5.00 pm AEST (Brisbane).
