Details

De Universiteit Twente (UT) is een Europese openbare aanbesteding gestart voor het contracteren van één partner voor Brokerdienstverlening Inhuur. Het doel van de UT is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer die de volledige ontzorging rondom de inhuur van extern ondersteunend personeel op zich neemt. De dienstverlening richt zich op Interim professionals (zoals gedetacheerden en zzp’ers) voor ondersteunende functies. De belangrijkste onderdelen van de opdracht zijn:

Intermediaire dienstverlening: Sourcing, werving en selectie van kandidaten via een breed netwerk van toeleveranciers en directe zzp-werving.

Contractmanagement: De volledige administratieve, contractuele en financiële afhandeling (inclusief inhuurrisicobeheersing).

Transitie en Implementatie: Migratie van lopende contracten en de implementatie van werkprocessen en systeemkoppelingen.

Wetenschappelijk personeel en specifieke vakgebieden zoals ICT, medisch en juridisch vallen buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding.

De Raamovereenkomst gaat naar verwachting in op 1 januari 2027 voor een initiële periode van twee jaar. De Opdrachtgever heeft de eenzijdige optie om de overeenkomst tweemaal met één jaar te verlengen, tot een totale maximale looptijd van vier jaar.
