Objet : Le pouvoir adjudicateur est l’État. Nord. Le suivi technique et administratif de l’opération est assuré par le secrétariat général pour l’administration du ministère de l’Intérieur.

Allotissement : a) Lots Les prestations de la consultation n°2026-17 seront exécutées en 02 lots juridiques séparés. Lot 1 – étude géotechnique et hydrogéologique et diagnostic de pollution des sols ; Lot 2 – relevés topographiques et détection des réseaux. Les opérateurs économiques pourront déposer une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots de la présente consultation. b) Tranches Chaque lot n’est composé que d’une seule tranche.

Variantes : Les variantes, au sens des articles R.2151-08 à R.2151-11 du Code de la commande publique, qu’elles soient à l’initiative du soumissionnaire ou de l’acheteur, ne sont pas autorisées.
