Construction du nouveau bâtiment élémentaire comprenant les locaux médico-sociaux et la réhabilitation-extension du restaurant scolaire comprenant les locaux périscolaires. Dans l'objet du marché et les développements qui suivent, le terme « tranche » est utilisé dans une acception strictement technique et ne revêt aucune portée juridique. Il désigne les deux phases opérationnelles du projet de reconfiguration du groupe scolaire Léo Lagrange, organisées comme suit : - Tranche 1 : construction du nouveau bâtiment élémentaire intégrant les locaux médico-sociaux (2 422 m²), ainsi que la réhabilitation et l'extension du restaurant scolaire existant, incluant les locaux périscolaires ; - Tranche 2 : réhabilitation et extension du bâtiment élémentaire B en vue de l'accueil de la nouvelle école maternelle (1 636 m²), démolition des bâtiments de la maternelle et de l'élémentaire A, et aménagement des espaces extérieurs. La tranche 1 constitue l'objet de la présente consultation. La tranche 2 fera l'objet d'une consultation distincte. Chaque tranche constitue donc une opération de travaux spécifique, avec sa propre consultation
