Tartu Linnatransport ostab uusi elektrirattaid Tartu linna rattaringluse süsteemi. Pakutavad elektrirattad peavad sobima olemasolevasse rattaringluse süsteemi ning pakkuja peab tagama rataste ühilduvuse olemasoleva infrastruktuuriga ja kasutatava IT (sh juhtimistarkvara) süsteemiga.
