Käesoleva raamlepingu esemeks on Tartu Ülikoolile reisiteenuste, sh nii Eesti Vabariigist välja suunduva reisiteenuse kui siseriiklike reisiteenuste tellimine vastavalt lisa 1 teenuse kirjeldusele ja sõlmitavale raamlepingule. Raamlepingu objektiks on reisibüroo-, reisijuhi- ja reisikorraldajateenused ning lisaks reisiteenustega sarnased ja kaasnevad teenused.
