The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMANT OF IT LABS IN 38 NOS OF MIDDLE TO HIGH SCHOOLS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF DIGITAL CONTENT LAB AT DIRECTORATE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (DPD) AND ONLINE RESOURCE CENTERS AT RPDCs IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for ESTABLISHMANT OF IT LABS IN 38 NOS OF MIDDLE TO HIGH SCHOOLS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF DIGITAL CONTENT LAB AT DIRECTORATE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (DPD) AND ONLINE RESOURCE CENTERS AT RPDCs IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA to be delivered and installed in 38 Nos of Middle to High schools across Peshawar Nowshera, Swabi and Haripur within a period of one (01) month. Bidders may Bid for one or several packages, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and inspect the bidding document during office hours. (09:00AM to 5:00 PM) at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000/- . The method of payment will be cash payment. The bidding documents should be delivered by hand at the address given below. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 02:00 pm, 7th October 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 02:15 pm, 7th October 2026.
