Description of Requirements: Offerors shall provide descriptive literature which will be used to determine the extent to which it meets the salient characteristics listed in the Attachment B Product Description. All of the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met to be considered eligible for award. Those proposals which fail to meet all of the salient characteristics will be rated Unacceptable and will be ineligible for award. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered.

Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
