NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVIDING SERVICES FOR HIRING OF VARIOUS TYPE OF VEHICLE ON MONTHLY RENTAL BASIS AT ADANI POWER RAJASTHAN LIMITED, Kawai (Rajasthan)

Adani Power Rajasthan Limited (hereinafter called the 'Owner' / ‘APRL’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Power Limited, is operating and maintaining 2x660 MW coal based Thermal Power Plant located at Village: Kawai, District: Baran, Rajasthan, India (hereinafter called the 'Plant') is hereby inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible parties for providing service for “Hiring of Vehicles total Eleven (11) nos. vehicles including AC Innova-Crysta, AC Bolero, AC Marazzo, AC Tempo- Traveler 17-Seater & Non-AC Pick-up Jeep (Mahendra Bolero pickup 05 seater) for 2X660 MW Kawai Thermal Power Plant" for period of Thirty Six (36) months i.e. from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2026” for 2 x 660 MW Kawai

Annexure-2 Scope of Work

Details scope of work as below:

1. Contractor shall provide a cost effective, comfortable, safe, and secure Vehicles.

2. The vehicle shall be diesel operated and shall comply to Emissi on norms and well equipped with air conditioning system, music s ystem, luxurious interiors, neat and clean seat covers, air suspension, first aid box, air freshener spray, reverse camera / horn and all other accessories that are required to ensure comfort of employees of the Owner.

3. The vehicle must be maintained by the Contractor in good and sound working condition, regularly serviced, daily cleaned & freshened with perfumed air freshener, maintained, and equipped with all mandatory safety requirements and fittings. Seats shall be always covered with neat and clean seat covers, the vehicle shall have good quality foot mat and good quality music system required to ensure comfort of the Owner’s employees.

4. Contractor must deploy vehicle and services that are energy e fficient, less polluting, environment friendly and have ecofriendl y waste disposal mechanisms.

5. The vehicle shall be equipped with following specifications/ features

a) Air Conditioning (AC) b) Neat and clean seat covers c) Music system d) Provision of Mobile charger point for Passengers e) Seat belt for every seat f) Fire extinguisher g) First Aid Box h) Should follow Emission norms. i) GPRS Tracking system in the vehicle. (Provided by Owner) j) Valid Fast Tag with adequate balance in Fast Tag k) Reverse Horn / Camera l) Vintage of Vehicle- Ageing of vehicles shall be less than 5 years and Permissible KM consideration shall be less than 3,00,000 KMs at any point of time throughout the Contract period for deployed vehicles at site. (For Non-AC Utility vehicle- a, c & d are not applicable).

6. The vehicle deployed by Contractor must be maintained in trouble-free working conditio n during the Contract Period. If the Vehi cle go under breakdown, the Contractor shall provide immediate replacement of equivalent good quality vehicle without any additional cost to the Owner.

7. No Private Vehicle shall be allowed for making the alternate arrangements. If the Contractor fails to make the alternate arrangement, then the Owner reserves the right to make the alternate arrangement. The addition al cost incurred by the Owner towards making such alternate a rrangement (at actuals) along with applicable penalties shall be recovered from the Contractor's monthly RA bills.

8. The vehicle shall be deployed on all calendar days of the month including Sundays and holidays during the Contract Period on 12 & 24 hours/day basis as per the schedule prescribed by the Owner's OIC.

9. Requirement of Vehicles

a) AC Innova Crysta at Kawai plant with fix 2500 KM/month/vehicle on 24 Hrs basis, Qty. 2 nos. vehicle. b) AC Innova Crysta at Jaipur Office with fix 2500 KM/month/vehicle on 24 Hrs basis, Qty. 1 no. vehicle. c) AC Bolero at Kawai plant with fix 4500 KM/month/vehicle on 24 Hrs. basis, Qty. 4 nos. vehicle. d) AC Marazzo at Kawai plant with fix 4500 KM/month/vehicle on 24 Hrs. basis, Qty. 02 nos. vehicle. e) AC Tempo Traveler (17 seater) at Kawai plant with fix 4500 KM/month/vehicle on 24 Hrs. basis, qty. 01 no. vehicle. f) Non-AC Mahindra Bolero Pickup, 05 seater /Camper, Non-AC with fix 2500 KM/ month/ vehicle on 12 Hrs. basis, Qty. 01 no. vehicle.

10. Deployment of Driver for AC Inova Crysta, AC Bolero, AC Marazzo, AC Tempo Traveler Vehicles & Non-AC Utility Vehicles:

a) For 12 Hrs. /day working: 01 no. Driver.

b) For 24 Hrs. /day working: 02 nos. Drivers on rotation basis.

Deployment on 24 Hrs. basis with necessary arrangement of separate Driver for each shift in day & night time.

11. Driver shall always be remain available with the vehicle during the working hours.

12. Contractor shall supervise delivery of se rvices and co-ordinate with Owner's admin representative daily for smooth functioning of its transport services, maintaining shift logbook, shift sc hedule, proper records of vehicles, gate pass formalities and Statutory compliance s and for all kind of support.

13. Contractor will deploy sufficient staff to operate vehicles as per Contract.

14. Contractor shall depute one (01 nos.) Supervisor 24X7 at their own cost for supe rvising delivery of services and co-ordinate wi th Owner's admin representative on a daily basis for smooth functioning of its transport services, maintaining shift logbook, shift schedule, proper records of vehicles, gate pass formalities and Statutory compliances and for all kind of support.

15. Supervisor shall be available at Owner's site throughout the Cont
