Grunnet manglende investeringsbudsjett er det behov for å inngå rammeavtale på forbruksmateriell der utstyr lånes ut kostnadsfritt i 4-års periode.Innmeldt behov i Innkjøpsportalen:Endoskopisk ryggkirurgi - utstyr og forbruksmateriell til MHH med opsjon for de andre sykehusene i VVHFAnskaffelsen vil omfatte utkjøp av tre instrumentbrikker for endoskopisk ryggkirurgi (to interlaminære og ett transforaminalt sett, inkludert ekstra optikk), samt konsignasjon av RF konsoll med pedal og dedikert pumpe. I tillegg omfatter anskaffelsen forbruksvarer til prosedyrene og opsjon på et ekstra transforaminalt instrumentsett. Dette inkluderer både engangskomponenter og utstyr som er nødvendig for gjennomføring av interlaminære og transforaminale inngrep. . Investering/finansiering: Ja, midler er bevilget; Investering/finansiering kommentar: Det vil være en investering på omlag 500.000 mnok i utstyret, som det enten vil kjøpes eller operasjonell leasing.
