The Contractor will provide recurring monthly services, periodic testing, and non-recurring on-demand repair services to the Government in exchange for compensation. The Contractor must conduct operations in compliance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators (ASME A17 series), the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable state, local, and federal laws.
