The bids submitted against NIT No. RBO3-08/2026-27 stand cancelled, and the bidders are required to submit fresh bids under this tender. 1 Estimated cost of Work As stated in Tender Notice 2 Completion Time As stated in Tender Notice 3 Commencement of work As stated in Tender Notice 4 Eligibility of the Bidder 1. Electrical Contractors empanelled with “State Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram Circle” for works costing equal to or more than the estimated value of work. (Please enclose an empanelment letter issued by the Bank) 2. Copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board to be submitted along with the Technical Bid (The page showing validity of supervisor also to be attached). Without a valid contract license their technical bid will not be considered for further process. (contractor should produce original license if Bank’s official asked to do so during the technical bid evaluation). Partnership firms shall arrange to produce the required document showing that the electrical contractor is a valid partner of the firm. 3. Submission of EMD 4.
