Etter spesialisthelsetjenesteloven § 2-1 a) skal Helse Vest RHF sørge for at pasienter hjemmehørende i helseregion vest tilbys spesialisthelsetjenester.Disse tjenestene ytes dels gjennom egne helseforetak og dels gjennom avtaler med private leverandører av spesialisthelsetjenester.Helse Vest RHF ønsker å inngå avtale om kjøp av nevrofysiologiske undersøkelser fra en privat tilbyderHelse Vest RHF foretar denne anskaffelsen primært for å avlaste Helse Stavanger HF og redusere ventetider i helseforetaket. Tjenesten skal utføres i Stavanger. Tilbud med annet leveringssted vil bli avvist.
