L'APS recherche un Mandataire en mesure de fournir des services d'ingénierie de très haute qualité pour la réalisation du projet d'amélioration des infrastructures du quai Marcel-Dionne. Le Mandataire devra démontrer qu'il possède les ressources, l'expérience et l'expertise nécessaires à la réalisation de projets d'infrastructures portuaires de complexité et d'envergure comparables. Le Mandataire sera responsable de la coordination de l'ensemble des disciplines requises à la réalisation du mandat, incluant notamment les disciplines maritime, civile, structure, électrique et toute autre spécialité jugée nécessaire à l'atteinte des objectifs du projet.
